Start your return
Returns can be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. A discounted flat fee of $10 applies and covers the cost of your return shipping label.
How to return an item:
1. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and tell us the reason for the return.
3. Pay the $10 return fee.
4. Your return label will be emailed to you immediately, typically within a few minutes.
If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, the $10 return fee will be refunded.
