When you order customised shoes, the process has two steps:

ORDER PROCESSING: If we don’t have the style and size you’ve ordered in stock, we order them from a trusted retailer. Once they arrive, we customise them according to your order.

DELIVERY: Once your shoes are ready, we schedule their delivery. Orders over $150 receive free delivery. The time it takes to arrive depends on your location. Check below for estimated delivery times:

Tracking your parcel:
We provide a tracking number in an “order completed” email once your order is dispatched.
To ensure a smooth process, regularly monitor your parcel using the provided tracking number.
Once shipped, it is your responsibility to track the package. You will also need somebody home to receive it when it arrives.
