How far in advance should I order my wedding sneakers?
We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for design approval and crafting. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss.
Can I get matching shoes for my bridal party or flower girls?
Absolutely! We love doing matching sets. Kids and adult sizes are available across most styles.
What if I don’t love the finished shoes?
We’re the only custom shoe company in Australia that offers exchanges and returns — so you can order with complete confidence.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via Australia Post. Free delivery within Australia on orders over $150.
Can I visit your shop to discuss my wedding shoes in person?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome at our Rutherford store (Shop 2/38 Shipley Drive, Hunter Valley). Open 9am–5:30pm. No appointment needed.
